Alexandre Zeller

Mr. Alexandre Zeller is Chief Executive Officer of the Banque Cantonale Vaudoise, a position he's holding since 2002. Mr. Zeller also sits on the Boards of the Swiss Bankers Association (as Member of the Presiding Committee), of Union des Banques Cantonales Suisses (as Vice Chairman of the Board), of Banque Piguet & Cie SA and of Renault Finance SA. A Swiss national, born in 1961, Mr. Alexandre Zeller graduated in Economic Sciences from the University of Lausanne. He started his career with Nestlé in 1984 as operational auditor, and three years later joined Credit Suisse. He occupied various functions within the Swiss bank, namely in the credit sector, managing branch offices and in the area of private banking both at the Swiss level and at the international level. In 1999, he was appointed to the Executive Board of Credit Suisse Private Banking. Mr. Alexandre Zeller was elected as a Kudelski SA Board Member at the General Meeting of May 24th, 2007.
