Marguerite Kudelski was elected at the Board of Directors during the Kudelski Group's Annual General Shareholders' meeting of 2nd May 2006.

Marguerite Kudelski obtained a degree in microtechnique engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) in 1991. She then made her first professional experiences at the Laboratory of electromechanics and electric machines of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. At the same time She worked also as an engineer of development for Nagra audio (Kudelski SA). In 1999 she got a PHD on “Modeling a sealed synchronous PM motor for water circulation in a central heating system”, and joined Precel SA in Neuchâtel first as Head of R&D and then as CEO and Board member in 2000.

Since 2003 she took the responsibility for some key projects for the Kudelski group and is completing her management competences by taking different management course to IMD in Lausanne.
