Pierre Lescure

 
Pierre Lescure was elected at the Board of Directors during the Kudelski Group's Annual General Shareholders' meeting of 26th May 2004.

A French citizen, Pierre Lescure has become in the last decades one of the top figures in the digital television and radio industry. He started his career working for different radio companies (RTL, RMC, Europe 1) then in the early eighties, he turned to the television industry. In 1982 / 1983, he was Managing Editor at Antenne 2, and then in 1984 he joined André Rousselet for the Canal+ project. In 1988, he was appointed CEO of Canal+ and in 1993 Chairman and CEO of Canal+.
From 2000 to 2002, he was Co-Chief Executive Officer of Vivendi Universal.
