System Integration
NAGRA provides services bringing multiple systems from many vendors together to meet the final customer’s business needs and goals.
Creating such end-to-end solutions can mean using off the shelf, pre-configured or completely customized hardware or software components. Such solutions need to be integrated with new or existing components and customer’s environment. In many cases existing components and interface standards must be preserved. NAGRA ensures that the solution is available within the timescales, budget & environmental constraints agreed on with the customer.
Prime Contracting for End-to-end Turnkey Solution Delivery
To allow our customers to remain focused on their business and revenue generating activities, NAGRA can take the overall responsibility for the delivery of the end-to-end turnkey solution. NAGRA is therefore the contact point for the customer and acts on their behalf for the design of the end-to-end solution, the selection of the partners and thirds parties and the management of the complete program (design, integration, testing, validation, acceptance and on-site deployment).

Solution Integration and Validation
NAGRA’s Solution Integration and Validation ensures complete functional compliance, stability and performance of the system solution in accordance with the acceptance criteria defined with the customer.

SI Program Management
NAGRA’s System Integration Program Management services consist of traditional program management activities in a multi-party environment, including the development of statements of work and control of third parties, as well as global risk analysis and mitigation. The Program Management team is the main contact point for the customer’s senior management, program sponsors, key stakeholders and the parties involved in delivering the solution.

Service Provider Device/STB Integration
With the increasing complexity of set-top box components, the client device integration process can make or break a project. NAGRA’s Service Provider Device / STB integration services consist of the complete integration and validation of the set-top box solution for the customer. This can be done using our testing center which provides the infrastructure required for multi-STB environments and ensures the successful execution of all the activities required to deliver a robust set-top box (stability monitoring, performance measurement, statistics gathering, etc.).

Headend Integration
NAGRA’s Headend Integration Services include integration and validation of a service provider’s complete head-end system, with regular performance testing for each integration phase. The Headend Integration and Validation service can be hosted at NAGRA facilities or at the customer site.

Solution Lifecycle Management
At NAGRA we continuously invest in developing and adopting new methodologies to improve our execution and quality capabilities. Our Solution Lifecycle methodology is a powerful tool that identifies project milestones that are monitored and tracked throughout the lifespan of a customer solution (i.e. from architecture to maintenance phase). It allows us to proactively identify issues and address them with an appropriate and timely action plan. NAGRA applies its solution lifecycle methodology to all of its programs, including System Integration and Managed Services.
