SKIDATA’s position in Internet based solutions and services Salzburg, Austria – May 17, 2010 - SKIDATA AG, a subsidiary of the Swiss Kudelski Group and a leading provider of access control solutions, has acquired c-oncept software GmbH, an innovative provider of online solutions and services, from Swiss Alturos Software AG.
